ULTIMATE CLEAN TO MEAN
The Welagen Express, Liverpool, and Rocket amplifiers vary in voicing and gain levels. The lowest gain model is the Rocket: it has gorgeous chimey cleans, and is based off an AC30 with 4xEL84 and a tube rectifier. The next model is the Liverpool: medium gain with a bluesy response, with 4xEL84 and a solid state rectifier. The high gain model that most people know is named the Express. It is gainy like a Marshall 50W plexi, and uses 2xEL34 or 6V6 power tubes and a solid state rectifier. All three amplifiers are extremely responsive to pick attack, and will clean up when the volume of the guitar is dialed back.
